Center David Krejci is starting to skate since his injury February 20th against St.Louis. Krejci, who is nearly three weeks into his recovery, skated and took shots before the Bruins practice this morning at Ristuccia Arena. This is confirmed by Claude Julien that this is his second day on the ice since the suffered the injury, and is on long-term injured reserve. He suffered a partially torn MCL in his left knee, giving him a timetable of 4 to 6 weeks of recovery. He is eligible to come off injured reserve next Tuesday, March 17th.
The Bruins are preparing for a home game against the Tampa Bay Lightning tomorrow. The Lightning are also on a winning streak, same as the Bruins. The Lightning have won four consecutive games, and are one point behind Montreal for the top of the Atlantic Division, and the top of the Eastern Conference. At practice, there was no changes to the lineups from last nights win over Ottawa. (Round Up of that game is the post before this.)
